About us

Chris Herzog has a BA in Public Relations. Before becoming a licensed commercial real estate agent, REALTOR®, Chris built a business, and worked in television news for 20 years as an anchor, producer, and reporter in Texas, Missouri, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As part of his investigative reporting on city and county government, Chris has analyzed thousands of commercial real estate transactions from conception to completion involving everyone from small local businesses to large multi-national corporations and organizations. He has won numerous awards for his work from the Wisconsin and Missouri Broadcasters Associations.

Chris is a co-owner of our sister company, STOKES|HERZOG Marketing and Consulting, a full service digital advertising agency.

As a strong advocate for STOKES|HERZOG Realty clients, Chris uses his strengths as a strategic planner, a creative ideas generator, and a big-picture strategist to bring buyers and sellers together.

As a licensed pilot, in his free time Chris likes to see western Wisconsin from the cockpit of an airplane. He enjoys spending time with his two wonderful children and his amazing wife, Sarah.
